How do I swap a warranty replacement device for one I have?
I need to install a warranty replacement floodlight. How do I swap it into the plan I have with an existing subscription? Will it keep my old videos from the former device?
Hi @ozshadow. Old videos are not transferable, so please ensure you save any videos you need before removing the device from your account. In order to get a subscription on the new device, you will need to cancel your current subscription for the old device by following our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Upgrading-Changing-or-Canceling-your-Ring-Protect-Plan). After this one is cancelled, you will get a prorated refund for any amount you didn't use (months left in annual subscription if applicable). Once the cancellation is done, please sign up for a new plan for the replacement device. :)
