Hi I have2nd generation chime. I have finished the setup which is success but the device is still offline with an error code of PI-73. My wifi setup is fine with other devices working normal. I have this problem since quite some time. I tried this chime on my friend’s ring doorbell setup at his home and it worked fine but it does not come online in my home wifi. Any inputs suggestion are welcome. I have TPG broadband connection.

Hi @user81644. If your Chime can connect to another network but is not connecting to yours and you have verified you are using the correct wifi password, it most likely has to do with a router setting. I would recommend using this Help Center page to make sure your router settings match what Ring devices require. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
