We have just changed our internet provider. What is the easiest way to link our doorbell and floodlight to the new WiFi? I’ve looked on the website and it says I need to be able to scan a QR code - but the devices are already fitted so I’m not sure how I would be able to do that! Thanks

Hi @user44159. I have seen some neighbors give their new network the same SSID and wifi password as their previous network, and their Ring devices automatically reconnected. This method is not guaranteed and is only a suggestion I have seen others try. If that does not work, you will have to connect your Ring devices through the reconnection process. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) will provide you with those steps.
