Can't login. Error message "Something went wrong. Please try again" Duh

The ring app works on my mobile phone.  But not on my pc.  I have tried with Chrome, Edge, Fire Fox, Safari.  Still not able to login but I was able to login to post this message.  Was on the phone with tech support for over an hour today and did everything they told me to do but still can't log in.  I'm getting so frustrated.  It worked fine until last night.
