Hello, I changed internet companies so I need to reconnect my ring. It's asking for my five-digit code, but every time i enter the code, it's telling me it's invalid. I'm still trying to figure out what else to do, which is frustrating.

Hi @user_a74359. Can you clarify which 5-digit code the Ring app is asking for? If you're walking through a new setup in the Ring app, this would be the QR code, located on the Ring device itself. You should also have the option to scan the barcode on the device.
