Picture snapshot of motion alerts on apple iwatch

So this feature was turned on several months ago for literally an hour and then it just disappeared. I would receive a picture snapshot sent to my Iwatch or iphone. It was an actual picture preview of what set the motion recording off. I’ve reset and reinstalled both apps no feature available. Please bring this feature back.
