Option to Disable DNS over HTTPs

I was alerted in the last week or so that my alarm base station is now attempting to use DNS over HTTPs (DOH) to 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1. I manage and track my home network DNS so I block all DOH/DOT usage from individual devices. I would like to see an option to disable DOH as you add that functionality into the product line or at least stop trying to use it once it is unavailable on a network.
