My echo show 8 won’t show the video from my ring doorbell. It’s added in my Alexa app and it’s enabled??

I tried all the disabling reenabling tricks showed in all the posts about this and the only thing that worked for me was removing everyone except the account holder from the Amazon household. As soon as I did this the camera started working on the Echo show 8 again

Hi @Okyolsen8019. I would try these steps: Disable the Ring Skill in your Alexa app, reboot your phone, then enable the Ring Skill. This should work!
