Can't get access to old account because phone number is inactive
I can't get access to my old account, because phone number attached to this account is inactive now (I have 2-factor authentication enabled and I can't retrieve SMS sent to this number to pass 2nd step of authentication upon login). My Ring device is linked with this old account, so I can't share/transfer it into my new account. Ring support can't solved this problem via chat, when I tried to call Support, a team-member said that he will re-call me, but he didn't. Could anyone give me advice (or provide any help) what could I do with this situation? Thanks!
