Alexa issues

Hi I recently sent up the new ring wired doorbell and linked it up with my alexa show 5. I can get motion notifications and see live feeds etc. Im having issues with the two communication with it as i can hear visitors to my door on it but they can't hear me. I ask alexa to speak to the front door etc but it just doesn't work??? But i can speak when out and about via the ring app and that works fine. I have tried re-pairing the devices and still no luck. Has anybody else experienced this and if so how did they resolve it? thanks in advance
