Extortionate Price Increases !

Just received my renewal email and since buying my Door View Cam in 2021 the cost of the annual Basic Plan has increased by over 80% from £24.99 ! up 40% in '22 to £34.99 and now up again 29% to £44.99. How can these increases be justified for a BASIC service which hasn't improved that much ?!

This is ridiculous! I have installed several of these in my families homes and several of our businesses. I will be looking at switching companies ASAP! There is no reason to increase faithful customers from $100 to $200. 100% increase?? Shame on you Ring! Over 20 cancellations from me and my family and businesses alone! I hope you reconsider or this is a joke!
