Ring keeps going to cellular backup

Hi. Almost every time I go out and set my ring alarm I get a message a little bit later that my ring alarm is on cellular backup and then about 10 minutes later I get a message that WiFi is restored. i checked my settings and my WiFi and internet are not dropping out at all.  I only seem to get the message not long after setting the alarm and very rarely at any other time unless there is a genuine outage. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks
