Hi I have a ring alarm kit from uk And it work perfect I bought 2 contacts sensor 2 gen And I can’t add them to my kit “Device compatibility error with your base stations “ I try everything You can help me to add them to my ring alarm?

    Hi @EREZ1012. Was your Security System purchased in the UK? The message you are seeing indicates that your Base Station and Contact Sensors are from different regions. Different regions utilize different frequencies, thus making them incompatible.       Yes I buy the ring kit in uk And buy 2 more contacts sensor in us There’s any way to make them work with the uk ring alarm kit ?

      Hi @EREZ1012. There is no way for a UK Security System to work with any components of a US Security System. This is due to them using different frequencies.
