Base station lost connection to wifi
troubleshooting
Hi thereMy ring alarm base station was set up and connected to my home WiFi for months but has recently gone offline.I followed the help steps online to reconnect however no wifi network is now showing when I try to reconnect. I have followed the steps online and tried setting up network manually and tried using the guest network to no avail. This is not the case for my ring doorbell (it’s still connected and online and I can see the network if I click into to change network)Any advice?ThanksNiamh
