Slow connection to doorbells gen2 when away from home.

Why do both my ring doorbells take approximately 15 seconds to connect when I’m away from home, yet they connect much quicker via my Alexa app? I even have a chime pro connected to the front bell and that is marginally quicker. If someone presses my bell when I’m not in it takes what seems an age to connect to them. Viewing them through the Alexa app is quite a bit quicker. My router is new as I’ve just had it installed. Pretty annoyed at this considering the prices these items are.

Hi @user_6fa648. When away from home, try using your device on cellular data and WiFi to see if one is faster than the other. Also, if possible, try using a different device to test on to see if it is also faster or slower.
