I’ve had my doorbell gen 2 since thursday and it still isn’t fully charged? and on the app it says i’m unable to use because it’s not charged.Is it broken?

Hi @user_b9a330. Try factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
