Deskop notifications but nothing on account

over the last few days I have been getting loads of notifications from one of my ring doorbells saying that there is someone at the door. there never is and no one near it. And there is no such notifications when I go onto the ring site to check history. Also not getting these ghost notification on my mobile via the ring app, so looks like its just the computer where the issue is. Has anyone had this issue and solved it please as its driving me crazy, already turned sound notifications off as it was going off every few minutes and getting on my nurves.
