I have  the snooze mode on and my phone app is still ringing when motion occurs both on  my cameras & my ring video  doorbell. How can I correct this?  thanks

    Hi @user_99aa24. Make sure the Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available from the app store. For multiple devices, you'll need to use Global Snooze to silence all motion alerts from those devices for the set amount of time.
