Spotlight Cam Pro Wired

Early hours in the morning yesterday the security light came on had to turn it off it then came back on again. After that the power supply to stop working I have called ring who wasn't really much help told me to purchase a hardwired kit for cameras spotlight cam plus only to realise after Installation by a qualified electrician recommended. Has anyone else had an issue with their power supplies to stop working the fuse has been changed I still the same
