My camera won’t work
My camera won’t switch on . It hasn’t since March . Been trying to call the helpline since then Anyone else had this

Hi @Sazzle1985Elli. Have you tried resetting your Camera to see if it will power on? To reset your Camera, you'll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, try to set the Camera back up in the Ring App. If that doesn't work, you would need to follow up with our support team for further assistance.
