Chime 2nd Generation keeps flashing blue and not ringing during flashing blue.

I have Chime 2nd Generation which keeps flashing blue and not ringing during flashing blue. I have tried moving it, restarting it, resetting it and had a new replacement from Ring. Both behaved the same. Alerts from Doorbell to mobile works fine all the time. Any ideas?

Hi @user_7b6878. Have you checked your Chime Tone Settings to make sure the volume is not set all the way down? If you have and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call to continue investigating this with you.
