Can you get history after trial ended?

I had a trial with a ring camera which ended a few days ago and I wasnt notified. Unfortunately there was an incident outside which wasn't picked up. It has now been renewed- I thought the history/recordings was kept but mine have been removed. Any advice please?

Hi @user_a54af3. Once recordings are deleted, it is permanent. There is no way to retrieve them.
