Had ring stick up cam for under a week and it’s lost connection battery fully charged and when pressing and holding orange button won’t go into set up mode, can anyone help?

Hi @user_896913. If your Camera is unresponsive, make sure you press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds to complete a factory reset. If you have done so, and it is still unresponsive, give our support team a call for further assistance.
