Chime will not connect to WiFi

Hi, my new Ring Chime won't connect to my WiFi. My other Chime is working fine. I've tried using two different power sockets (same room as router), and two different phones, but just get an error message, and the light on the Chime goes red. Does anyone know how to fix this?
