Chime plug in does not work

I bought the battery doorbell a d chime. I've installed the app and the doorbell works but when installing the chime, it doesn't work. It says it's online and installed correctly, but when I try to change the tone or test the sound it comes up with an error message "something went wrong try again later" I've reinstalled the app even went back to get an exchange with the chime and the new one still has the same issue

Hi @user_0a5877. Did you set up the Ring Doorbell and Chime at the same location? Make sure they are at the same location, and that you didn't accidentally create a duplicate location.
