My router has no password. Will the device work with this? I had some device that wouldn't connect because a password to the router was needed. They said it was a security issue.
Hi @BobStanek. I would recommend using only wifi networks that have a password. If you are unsure how to add a password to your network, you can read over this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002602183-Finding-Your-Wifi-Password), or contact your ISP.
