Ring range extender
I’m trying to install the range extender as I’ve put up flood light out back of house, but to install the range extender it’s saying go on app and find it in “set up new device” option, but it’s not showing any option for range extender. Help!

The Ring Range Extender is a Z-Wave frequency extender typically used for the Ring Alarm sensors and therefore it is under "Security Devices" for setup in the Ring App. - Tap 'Plus-Sign' **Set Up A Device** - **Security Devices** - **Range Extenders** - Select **Range Extender**** **(appropriate 1st or 2nd gen) - Tap **Ready** bar and follow the instructions [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039905951-Ring-Alarm-Range-Extender-Setup-and-Use](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039905951-Ring-Alarm-Range-Extender-Setup-and-Use) :)
