I have a ring plan and there is a 3 hour window that isn’t recorded at which time someone stole a package. It was captured on my nest cam but not great quality. How do I access these 3 hours?

Hi @user_825d19. If there is no recording for you to view in the Ring app, then there is no footage to retrieve. I can only recommend steps for you to try to prevent this from happening again. What model Ring device do you have?
