So the camera detects a person then freezes it dosnt show the person moving on from when the person was captured Any ideas

Hi @user_484afe. It sounds like you are experiencing poor video quality. I recommend trying the following steps for your concern: - Reboot your Camera using the Ring app. - Reboot your router. - Verify your Camera has good signal strength.
