We have a hardwired ring spotlight cam - the first year the lights worked great. Now one of the bulbs stays on dimmly 24x7 even though the app says the lights are off. If I use the app to turn the lights on - everything works as normal but there is always one bulb that stays on. Any idea why this would be?

Hi @mkappel17. If one of the lights on your Spotlight Cam is not turning off, try rebooting it using the Ring app. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further asssitance.
