Lies about device compatibility
Your website, the Amazon website and the product box lie about the compatibility of this device. In every case, the material states that the floodlight requires EITHER a bridge OR a fourth generation Alexa device. This is a flat out lie and the fourth generation devices are not supported and this was confirmed by your support team via telephone.
