Siren on phone

I know I can get messages on my phone when Ring Protect Pro detects a triggering event (glass breaking). Can I have Ring set my phone to emit a siren on my phone? Doesn't have to be a siren, but I want something that will continue for 15+ seconds - not just a quick tone for an email.
