I would be interested in Ring's response to the issue raised regarding wifi jammers. Why hasn't a fix been provided?

I find it amusing that Ring have avoided the question about wifi blockers totally (apart from the suggestion of buying a wired device) and then marking their comment as an "Accepted Solution" when its clearly not. Makes me laugh every time they do that. Almost like they get a bonus for every post marked as such...........

Hi neighbors. Wi-Fi signal interference can affect the performance of any Wi-Fi enabled device. Issues with connectivity can be linked to a number of causes, including broadband network failures and high internet traffic. Furthermore, for extra security, we recommend enabling encryption protocols provided through Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2), a set of standards for your router. These protocols help keep your data protected and help secure your Ring devices’ data on the Wi-Fi network. WEP is the oldest and least secure of standards, and you should not use WEP with any Ring device. WPA2 instead balances strong encryption with broad compatibility and will work with every Ring product. To find out how to switch your Wi-Fi network to WPA2 security, consult the router’s owner’s manual. If your router is provided or serviced by your internet provider, you can contact them to find out how to switch to WPA2. You can also utilize our Elite device line, which uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology to provide a hardwired source of power and a direct Ethernet connection to the customer’s router.
