The App indicates that the "Ring alarm in on cellular backup" and to "Join another network". When I press the rear button of the Station it does not enter in setup mode. What should I do? is the Base staton failing?
Hi @pmateral. I would try rebooting your Base Station and then trying again. To do a reboot, briefly tap the Reset button on the back with a pushpin or paperclip. Do not hold that button down, as that will factory reset your Base Station. A reboot should allow you to continue. Let me know if this helps!
