My ring security system is not detecting any door sensors and motion sensor. base station is showing online in the ring app. Fyi … this security system was being used by my landlord before and I am trying to reset everything in my account. It shows all the devices in ring app but all shows offline. Please help

Hi @user34362. If the Ring Alarm system was previously set up under your landlord's Ring account, they likely did not properly remove all of the components before removing it from their account. I'd recommend [factory resetting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) your Ring Alarm devices and then attempt to set them back up in the Ring app. If that still doesn't work, you can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
