Main door sensor battery now only last 10 days
The battery in the min entry door sensor has worked for a long time without any issues. The batteries lasted for over a year. In the last few months the sensor stops working after just 10 days. i have four other door sensors which are still using their original batteries after several years. Something is very wrong if that battery life (2x 2032) is so short that’s a lot of batteries in a year Any suggestions how to fix this?

Hello I have done factory resets and a configuration reset but they have no effect. The last battery change lasted 8 days. I did notice that when new batteries are inserted it only show about 50% on the battery level and the same batteries are shown as 100% in another sensor.

Hi @Jacek23. I would recommend factory resetting your Contact Sensor and then adding it to your Alarm again to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
