Door contacts (gen 2) not working
troubleshooting
I have numerous door contacts in my ring alarm system. And it appears both the front door and the rear door sensors have stopped working. I have replaced the batteries in both but they don’t respond. I have tried to remove, reset the device (pin hole for 10 seconds trick) and then tried to re-add them but they can’t be found by the system. Can anyone please advise how to resolve? They both stopped working within a few weeks of each other.
