Does your Alarm Base Station occasionally go offline if connected to wifi? Read this....
Have finally sorted out why my Ring Alarm Base Station kept going offline but shows 5 bar maximum wireless connection. The front page (Devices > Alarm Base Station > Base Station) showed maximum wifi signal, but checking my Deco (router) App, it was showing a "Weak" connection. Do not look at the Devices > Alarm Base Station > Base Station signal. Instead, go to Network Settings (Devices > Alarm Base Station > Base Station > Device Settings > Network Settings) you will likely see a completely different wifi signal level (even after a reboot) in my case, 1 bar, not the maximum I was being shown on the front page. Another really rubbish bit of coding from Ring who seem to be both inept and incapable of simply replicating the wifi signal reading across two pages. But if any of you are suffering from occasional offline status on the alarm Base Station, it's worth checking this. I solved my issue by using a pair of Ethernet to Powerline Adapters.

No, I give up. I tried two different file types (PNG and JPEG) but they just get replaced by whatever the question mark icon is. If you want them emailed, or sent to a drop box, I can do that. just let me know where to send them.

@Tom_Ring Do you know what? I won't bother thank you. All I wanted to do is help others by leaving my original comment. I don't do social media and don't want to be on one of those sites even for a second as anything done online becomes permanent. As for contacting support, whats the point? I was asked to make screenshots available to Ring, how does calling Support achieve that? If you cannot supply me with an email address or dropbox link then let's call it a day.
