Base Station Problems

Base station will not connect have tried reconnecting and resetting but even though the Ethernet/WiFi indicators are showing green it will not connect through either.

    A green light on the Base Station suggests its connecting to the internet fine. What is it not connecting to?

      Just keeps saying “offline” tried reset and both WiFi and Ethernet. The alarm settings appear to work fine ie when I set the alarm the light turns red.

        We need more information. What is saying Offline? The app? How are you setting the alarm when it says offline, via the keypad? If you can provide screenshots, photos and a lot more information in regards to what equipment you are connecting to, we should be able to help, but at the moment the minimal information you are providing will not allow us to help much. That said, try factory resetting your router. Set the SSID and Password the same as before and try again.

          So problem solved - I deleted the ring app and reloaded and everything returned to normal.  Could be the update to IOS18? But the ring app also looks different  Anyway thanks for helping really baffled me 🤔
