Wi fi connection/Live feed

Hello I have a ring doorbell plus battery operated. Whenever I check the live feed camera the WiFi connection is nearly always down. I have also discovered that the battery power is running out very quickly. I have done all the recommended fix options including reboot, moving wifi hub/router closer to bell, resetting device etc. The device is only 4 months old. Thanks in advance. Andy

Hi @user_666a43. What is the last reported signal strength listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? If your Ring Doorbell does not have a strong signal, this would explain why you're experiencing issues with activating the Live View. It can also contribute to increased battery drain if your Doorbell is struggling to maintain a stable connection.
