RING DOORBELL MIC NOT WORKING

I just got my ring doorbell a week ago and everything was working well for the first 5 days. But for the past 2 days when someone is outside and speaking, I can't here them on my ring app or on my elexa device even with the device not on mute. But the person outside can hear me clearly. Also, none of the video recordings have any ssounds and this was all working fine for the first 5 days. Any idea what can cause this and how this can be resolved. Thanks.

Hi @user_50cf56. For your concern, I recommend factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
