Microphone on Charge 3 Ring Doorbell has stopped working
troubleshooting
Hi, it used to work but no longer does. Callers can hear me but I can't hear them. I've tried iPad and iPhone (volume is up and permissions granted for access to mic on Ring app)

Hi @user_fe8b79. Those were good troubleshooting steps to take. Try also rebooting your router and factory resetting your Doorbell to see if that helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
