Battery does not charge
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell
I have just replaced my previous doorbell with a video doorbell pro. I have hardwired it but despite being operational for over 24 hours the battery charge remains stubbornly at 12%. The power supply is working and I can measure a voltage. Does it need a full charge using the USB lead before installing?
