Recently, I have been unable to get live views for any of my cameras on the website dashboard. They work fine on my phone using the app. Online, the still shots are always current but when I click any of them they report an issue starting Live View and direct me to click the Reconnect button. The reconnect always fails and I give up. I don't know if it will be important but I am using Firefox, and Windows 10, on a Dell laptop. Any suggestions on what to do to bring Live View back to life?

    Firefox is one of the compatible browsers for Live View on Ring.com, so you shouldn't have issues using this feature. Make sure you have updated to the latest version of Firefox available, and turn off any VPNs you might be using. Try opening a private or incognito window, with no extra extensions or anything, and test out Live View on Ring.com there. If you're still unable to access Live View after trying the troubleshooting steps above, I'd recommend following up with our support team to take a closer look.       I'm having this same issue and it started a month or so ago. It doesn't work on Firefox anymore, but it still works on other browsers. Unfortunately, Firefox is my standard browser.
