Lost notifications when mode is changed

As previous questions I have always received a notification when mode is changed and wish to continue receiving them. Suddenly without warning I am assuming after an update they have stopped. I've tried everything already suggested and can't find how to turn them back on. There is no facility in my settings for this. Can anyone help?

Hi @user_c6a361. I recommend also checking to make sure you have Mode Updates enabled in your Alarm Alerts. Follow these steps to find this setting: - Open the Ring app. - Tap on the three lines on the top left and select Settings. - Tap on Alert Settings - Select Alarm - Tap on Push and toggle on Mode Updates. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
