How to contact Ring for complaints

It seems that Ring sell subscriptions to customers in Australia advertising in AUD prices online, but then charge the customer in USD overcharging for products. The Ring call centre advises that this is a regular occurrence and Ring only change it back once a customer calls up but keeps the money you already paid them Where are there contact details for complaints and disputes to resolve these issues

Hi @user_1d36f3. The currency is based on your account location, which is assigned when you sign up for your Ring account. Did you originally sign up in the US and then relocate to Australia?
