Ring app on my iPhone is not listing my wifi network while trying to set up indoor camera

Hi, I bought my first ring device which is indoor camera generation 2. While I’m trying to setup i don’t see my network listed in the wifi connection stage. My wifi is working properly (all my other devices are connected and working) , I’m having the router the indoor cam and phone all together in the same while trying to setup. I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling ring , restarting indoor camera etc. Nothing has fixed it yet. Can someone advise me please? Thanks

Hi @user67883. Is this network a 2.4GHz or a 5GHz network? Are you using the correct [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/205385394-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) for Ring devices?
