Internet connection

We are continually losing internet connection reference Ring Camera. It was installed three months back and worked initially but has since been going off line. I introduced a booster but that didn’t improve things.we are now at a stage where the back up batteries are not working. Any help would be great or does know someone who could check our problem out.
