Whenever I download videos from my ring app, the video is blurry and pixilated even though the feedback is fine on the app. It's not exactly great if you're downloading videos to use as evidence for anything. Is anyone else's experiencing this and is there a fix? Thanks.

Hi @chloere93. Can you share an example of a downloaded video compared to the playback in the Ring app? The video quality shouldn't differ after the event is downloaded.
