  Hi @Colsli. You should be able to see your current Ring Protect plan if you sign into your account on the Ring website. After signing in, click Protect Plan at the top the see the details of your current plan, which should show the subscription date. If it doesn't look correct, there, I'd suggest contacting our support team directly so they can help you get it sorted out.   Hi Caitlyn, I had already checked that my Protect Plan was active before I posted the message. I was just intrigued that the email from Ring stated that "After 31 December 1969, the videos recorded on your Ring device will be deleted"

  @Colsli Good, I'm glad to hear that your plan is in order as it should be. I let my team know about the email that was received, but you shouldn't receive another one like that in the future.
